Vere Walcott

"Vintage Vere Yesteryear" Walcott as he is commonly called, currently hosts "A Spiritual Connection," which is quite popular with persons in the over 40 age group.

Walcott grew up in media and advertising. He has even produced a number of television shows across the Caribbean. He has been with Gospel 97.5fm since its inception.

Walcott, saved since the tender age of ten years old, has a mind and insatiable desire to serve God. He says Christ is his role model in life because humans will always disappoint you; he continues to stand firm in his belief that Christ is the ultimate exemplar.

Vere Walcott enjoys swimming and boating since he just loves the water. He also gets pleasure from flying or anything dealing with aviation. He further tells us he has never worked a day in his life, because of the immense love he has for his job.

Walcott would be keen on meeting Mr. Nelson Mandela whose power to forgive, he deems fantastic.

Walcott wishes for you, his listeners to return to the roots that gave our forefathers vision that has caused us to develop thus far. He hopes that you will carry on this vision, with the same momentum of our ancestors.
